Acharaya Manish Ji was born on January 6, 1974, in Saharanpur. He had a simple childhood and was raised in a middle-class family. After his higher secondary education, Acharaya Ji went to study food and nutrition.


Incidents that inclined Acharaya Manish Ji towards yoga


In the late twenties, Acharaya Ji fell ill. His father took him to various hospitals, but his condition deteriorated day by day. Health worsened even after special care which made his parents and closed ones worried. Every six months his health degraded even after seeing the famous health professionals.


He visited his aunt's place and when he saw how they lived, he incorporated them in his life. Waking up early in the morning, exercising and regular good eating habits improved his health gradually. He saw the impact of this small change on his life, which improved his health tremendously that medicines were unable to do. This motivated Acharaya Ji to do his masters in yoga and meditation

Moreover, recovery by following simple nature rules made Acharaya Ji spread this to the world for the welfare of people. At the age of 22, Acharaya Manish Ji was determined to fulfill his goal to help mankind live a better life.


Origin Of Health Care Centre


Learning more about Ayurveda made him more inclined to this science and he started Yoga Center in Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan with the name Manish Health Care to help people live a better and healthy life. His health care helped people to get relief from prolonged diseases using natural ingredients. His popularity drastically raised as his methods benefited various people. After 9 years, Acharaya Manish Ji expanded his healthcare to different cities namely Delhi, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Patiala, Faisalka, Hisar, Malout, etc.


In 2007, Acharaya Manish Ji got into yoga and meditation camps which were periodically organized in different cities to tell people about the positive effects of yoga on the human body. Full body checkup is free in these camps and has helped enormous people detect various diseases. Not only diseases are diagnosed, but his team finds the root cause of the health problem. "Jina Likho” is the set of yoga and meditation camps that were organized in Hissar, Fatehabad, Sirsa, Tohana, Ludhiana, and Jaipur to tell people about the benefits of eating a healthy diet, waking up early, yoga and meditation.


Manish Health Care was renamed as Divya Upchar Sansthan when yoga centres expanded. His programs are telecasted on Doordarshan, DD Punjabi, and various local challenges to spread awareness of the various benefits of yoga and meditation. His meditation camps make people concentrate and stay away from negative thoughts.
